Installation Components

When our package is compared to a traditional house structure, where both need to meet current values, our house compares competitively on cost. This is before the contractor/client considers the financial savings of a shorter time period on site and reduced waste generated (costs of skips).

Walls

Using our own innovative MetSIP panel, the walls are installed within a track on top of the slab. All walls including the gable ends and internal structural walls are constructed from MetSIP which are all pre-cut in the factory, taking away all site waste. The structural panels can be built up to 2.7m high panel height and up to 3 storeys high.

Floors

Are of a traditional construction but due to off site machining, provide safety, quality and reduced waste. Composite Deck, Beam and block floors or concrete floors can also be used.

Roofs

Are of traditional trussed construction: felt and battened cold roof. The option of a warm roof is available to comply with the roof insulation requirement contained within the Code For Sustainable Housing.

FSC timber/Double glazed windows & doors

Triple glazed and or aluminium clad options are available to ensure low maintenance, energy efficiency and sound reduction.

Any traditional exterior finishes

Are then applied which include insulated render systems, timber cladding, brickwork or any rainscreen as required.

Rubber EPDM

Can be fitted to all formed openings within the walls, giving the contractor and client ‘belt and braces’ weather proofing details for peace of mind.

Just think, your budget is unaffected by cost:

  • Reducing your risk and exposure.
  • You save money by reducing the time spent on site and the prelims.
  • You reduce waste and the cost of skips.
  • Your site is cleaner, easier to manage and safer.
  • And on top of that you’ve done your bit to save the planet.
