Traditional brick & cavity finish

A traditional brick and cavity finish can be used with MetSIP Panel. Brick ties are screwed to the face of the MetSIP Panel and fixed to the brick in the normal way with insulation in the cavity.

Insulation

Insulation is fixed directly on to the MetSIP Panel, thin coat render and/or brick slips are then applied.

Top hat rails

Top hat rails are fixed to the MetSIP Panel to create a cavity, then phenolic foam and thin coat render and/or brick slips are applied: Dash finish, Cedar cladding and Tiling. This complies with the NHBC requirements for a drain cavity.
